1. Products

Kindwell sells a personal SOS alert wristband kit. The kit sends an alert through a base station connected to your home Wi-Fi and the free companion app. It is not a medical device, it does not detect falls automatically, it does not contact emergency services (911) and it is not a monitored alarm service. Alerts depend on a working power supply, Wi-Fi and internet connection, mobile phone and app notifications. Always call 911 in an emergency.

2. Accuracy of information

We try to make sure all product descriptions, images and prices are accurate. Colors and details may vary slightly from the photos. We reserve the right to correct errors and to update information at any time without prior notice.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars unless your local currency is displayed. We may change prices or end promotions at any time. Payment is processed securely at checkout.

4. Orders

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example in cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors. If we cancel an order after payment, you'll receive a full refund.

5. Shipping and returns

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy, and returns and refunds by our Refund Policy (30-day money-back guarantee).

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kindwell is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website, including failures caused by power outages, Wi-Fi or internet interruptions, phone settings or third-party app services.

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes take effect when they're posted on this page.
