Free tracked shipping on every order to the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia and New Zealand.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Delivery time
- United States: 7-12 business days
- United Kingdom, Canada, Australia and New Zealand: 7-15 business days
Duties and taxes
Depending on your country, local import taxes or duties may apply at delivery. These are set by your local customs office and are not included in our prices.
Tracking your order
Use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email to follow your package. If it has not updated in 5 business days, email us at ecomshoppeaklife@gmail.com and we will help right away.
Address changes
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you need to change it, contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.
Lost or damaged packages
If your package arrives damaged or never arrives, contact us and we will send a replacement or a full refund.
