We want Kindwell to give your family real peace of mind. If you're not happy with your order, you can request a refund within 30 days of delivery.
How to request a return
- Email us at ecomshoppeaklife@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
- We'll reply within 1-2 business days with the return address and instructions. Please don't send items back without contacting us first.
- Send the product back with all its parts (base station, wristband(s), pendant and accessories).
Refunds
Once we receive and check your return, we'll refund 100% of the product price to your original payment method. Refunds usually show up within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank.
Damaged, defective or wrong items
If your item arrives damaged, defective or isn't what you ordered, email us within 30 days of delivery with a photo, and we'll send a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.

Return shipping is paid by the customer, except for damaged, defective or wrong items.
