Processing time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Delivery times and costs
- United States: free tracked shipping, 7-12 business days.
- United Kingdom, Canada, Australia and New Zealand: free tracked shipping, 7-15 business days.
- Rest of the world: $12 tracked shipping, 10-20 business days.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak seasons or because of customs and carrier delays.
The right plug for your country
The base station plugs into a standard wall outlet. We ship the plug type that matches your delivery country.
Tracking
Every order includes tracking. If your tracking hasn't updated in 7 days or your order hasn't arrived within the estimated time, email us at ecomshoppeaklife@gmail.com and we'll sort it out.
Wrong address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us within 12 hours of placing your order and we'll update it before it ships.
Customs and duties
Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to import duties or taxes in the destination country. These are the customer's responsibility.
